Happy Birthday!

It's hard to believe that a year has already gone by since the ordeal of Cade's birth. But, our little miracle is thriving. He's such a happy little boy. I awoke to a smiley baby this morning as with most mornings. Right now, he's working very hard on trying to crawl with his belly off the floor. He has been army crawling for quite a awhile and can go fast if he wants. He can sit for long periods of time but usually doesn't because he is on the move. Constant motion with this child. He loves to feed himself cereal and we've tried some fruits and cheese. He still doesn't like to sleep much but some days are restful. He has one tooth and he one next to it is close to breaking through. I think teething is affecting his sleep at night but I'm not sure. He loves to shake his head no, smack his lips together and has now learned how to click his tongue on the roof of his mouth. He talks quite a bit and sometimes it actually sounds like words. He loves to chase the cat and luckily Belle is tolerant. Well, I better get moving. Today is the big party and most of the prep work is done. Now, it's time to celebrate. Pictures to follow.
